About this video
Managing complex tasks is not just possible, it's easy with Johnny.Decimal. Everything has a home, and you keep a simple index that lets you find it again, and everything looks the same no matter what app you're using.
What I have to do
This video shows a great example of an annoying, complicated piece of life admin that's morphed from: a standalone task (renew drivers licence) into a mini project (get eye test in a foreign country to avoid licence suspension).
How I'm doing it
But I'm not stressed about it because I know I can organise all the bits and pieces with my Johnny.Decimal system. From the physical letter that came in the post, to emails, phone calls, notes from those calls, research and links, and all the to-dos in my task manager.
