The Life Admin System
Included with every membership.
Being a healthy human in your community, managing the house, owning a vehicle, technology, travel. Everyone has life admin, usually spread across cloud drives, download folders, and ten years of email.
The Life Admin System is a ready-made Johnny.Decimal structure designed to contain the common stuff that we all do. 150+ IDs across 5 categories give you a place for everything.
Download it and move in. You'll be more organised by the end of the day.
“The life admin pack has helped me more than any other productivity book or course I have purchased in the past. It's well thought out and does the thinking for you so you don't have to.”
— Jade

Johnny.Decimal University
Included with the Pro and Business memberships.
Having neat files is nice. But knowing what to do next, and having a system that leaves you in control of your life – that's the Johnny.Decimal superpower. These courses show you how to get there.
In Task and Project Management, I show you how to achieve a 'comfortable awareness' of everything on your plate. In our 5-hour Workshop, my partner Lucy takes apart her own life and rebuilds it as a Johnny.Decimal system. You build yours alongside her – by the end, you have a working system of your own.
The rest are mini-courses, including a bonus 14-hour (!) Excel course.
“All 3 of my email inboxes are down to zero, all of my expenses are coded, my projects are not lost and forgotten and I, for the first time in my adult life, feel like I'm starting the year better off than I finished last year.”
— Jeff, Lovett Sundries

JDHQ
Included with the Pro and Business memberships.
JDHQ is the software side of Johnny.Decimal. Connect your agent – Claude, Chatty-G, whatever – to the site, and ask it questions. Your agent will keep you organised using my system.
It can 'move you in', too: connect your agent, ask it to help you move in, and in an afternoon you'll be done.
“oh this is nice”

The Small Business System
Included with the Business membership.
You started a business because there's a thing that you do better than anyone else. But you find yourself dealing with the boring admin that we all share: registrations, filing, receipts, returns. Tracking it all is a nightmare.
As small business owners ourselves, we know this frustration. We solved it so that you don't have to.
Five areas, twenty-one categories, 200+ IDs, and a 50,000-word online manual give your business a place for everything. This system runs our business.
“We switched our whole business over and now everyone's on the same track. Everything has a logical, decimally defined place – and it's easy for someone else to find that document again when they need it.”
— Des, Datum Machines

Testimonials
“I come from PARA and liked the system at first. But since there is no index it went all over the place. Cluttered stuff everywhere and no structure. Folders in folders in folders. It. Was. Pain.
Your Johnny decimal system gives me structure. A clear plan where something lives and what to expect there. No artificial nice names or acronyms. It resonates a lot with me and how my brain works.”
“I'm a big fan of what Johnny has developed here. Excellent production values. Great value for money. If I was still consulting to business clients, this program would be on my list of recommendations every time.”

FAQ
What software do I need?
The system works with whatever you already use. You'll need an app to manage your JDex – I recommend Obsidian but you can use any app that either lets you keep a list of notes, or is a database.
People use and enjoy Bear, NotePlan, DEVONThink, Notion, Craft, Emacs, and more. You can use Apple Notes but its import feature isn't very good. Please don't use OneNote, it's … just no.
Where is my data stored?
Wherever it is today: I never touch your data. What I give you is structure and process. If your data is on your iCloud Drive today, that's where it stays.
What happens after I buy?
If you're not signed in, you'll receive an email after your payment is
processed. It comes from hello@johnnydecimal.com and has a
link to create your account. Click that, set a password, and you're in.
If you're already signed in, you'll get instant access to your purchase. You can create a free account on the homepage if you need one.
What if I need support or have more questions?
Email me. I answer every message personally, usually within 24 hours.
What's the guarantee?
If you don't like anything you buy, you can have your money back. No questions asked. You've got 14 days to check it out.
Forward your purchase receipt to hello@johnnydecimal.com.
If you want to tell us what we could have done better, please do: it
really helps. But no pressure. You can just say 'I'd like a refund'.
If you can't find your receipt, tell me what you purchased and when and I'll look it up. (You should be more organised. Ha ha.)
Is there a coupon/deal/offer?
No.
You'll notice that we don't try to trick you with fake countdowns or bogus 'deals'. When you buy something there isn't another screen that tries to upsell you at the last minute. The price is the price.
Similarly, we don't do seasonal offers. So you don't have to think about when to buy, or wonder if waiting will get you a deal.
