    Get organised today

We spent hundreds of hours designing the perfect system, so you don't have to. Just download it and move in.

    Life Admin System

Your LLM can read this website

Each of the pages at documentation and blog can be shown in Markdown by appending .md to the path.

    For example: /documentation/introduction.md

The site also serves llms.txt, which is a Markdown table of contents.

Give these URLs to your LLM and it'll have a nice time.

    MCP server

The site has an MCP server. This allows you to connect your agent – Claude, Chatty-G, whatever – to it, and ask it questions.

To figure out how to do that, ask your LLM. The thing you need is the MCP server URL: https://johnnydecimal.com/mcp. You need an account to authenticate – get one free on the homepage.

Most features require a Pro account. See JDHQ.

    API

All endpoints require a Clerk API key, sent as a Bearer token:

    Authorization: Bearer <your-api-key>

    Generate a key at accounts.johnnydecimal.com/user/api-keys.

Treat your API key like a password. Any account's key can read the documentation endpoints. Everything else in the API needs a Pro membership.

Most features require a Pro account. See JDHQ.

    Privacy

When you connect to an MCP server – any MCP server – your agent necessarily has to send that server some of your data so that the server knows what to send back. And of course the server knows who you are, because you're authenticated to it.

I do not and will never log any of this data. It hits my server, a function responds, and nothing personal is ever saved, logged, or viewed by me. Not your user ID, name, email, IP address, or any of the text that your agent sent.

I log exactly three things: the name of the agent (e.g. claude-code/2.1.240), the name of my tool that was called (e.g. list_documentation), and whether it worked. If the tool is for one of the systems, I also see which one: Life Admin or Small Business. This helps me troubleshoot connectivity issues.
