CLI v5, .config v2, supports Bear – please update

The JD CLI has been updated to v5. It now supports Bear as a JDex.

This required a breaking change to the configuration file which is now versioned 2. The jdex property is now an object.

Updating

git -C ~/.local/share/johnnydecimal/cli pull to get v5.
Run jd which reads your config file, causing the CLI to automatically update it to v2.
If you use my agent skills, npx skills update jdex johnnydecimal.

Now checks for updates

From v5, the CLI reads GitHub tags once/day and will notify you when there's an update. jd update will perform the update.

No telemetry is sent. Run jd update --help for opt-out instructions.
