I send exactly four emails a year, at the start of each season (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec). We call it 'The Quarterly'. They're plain-text and contain no tracking.

If you use an email obfuscation service, you may specify a separate address to sub/unsubscribe in the body of your message.

I process subscription updates manually at the end of each quarter, just before sending the next edition.

There's no confirmation. You'll just get, or not get, the next edition.
