A survey response from Marcus. It reads: I'm thrilled with the entire system and workshop. I've been using the Johnny Decimal system for a year or so...or so I thought! From my initial engagement with the JD website and ebook, I had set up my folder system, which worked great. But, it wasn't until the workshop that I had even created an Index(!) or used a note app(!?). Now, using Bear (Johnny's recommendation, love it), and searching for items by starting with the index has been game-changing. The speed and ease of finding what I'm looking for has been totally energizing. I'm in a big life transition phase - getting married, buying a home, opening a business - and it's been crucial to have the JD system beneath me to put all the many, many documents that are needed for my new endeavors.
