However, me and Lucy are using the concepts mentioned and it's working really well in our business. Overall, there's nothing radically new in terms of project management principles. But how can these principles work alongside a Johnny.Decimal system to help us complete very-small or very-big projects successfully? This is a rough-sketch, draft-rehearsal for the final project management modules in the course. We weren't going to publish it, but what the hey, maybe it will help someone or generate practical feedback.
